I enjoy connecting with people and places through the camera. To record how other cultures and peoples experience their lives. To print a photograph that evokes an emotional response by the viewer. To share my enjoyment of life and living.

I began working in photography in the early '70s. A small bedroom in a small Manhattan apartment became my first B&W darkroom. I studied under some great photographers including Ansel Adams. I now live in New Mexico and have a chemical-free darkroom. All my work is digital: a Cannon 20D, a Leica V-Lux-1, a Macintosh G5, Photoshop CS3 and an Epson PRO 3800 printer with Epson archival paper.
